Your 14-day right of withdrawal
When you buy online you have the right to change your mind. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Here is how it works, and how to let us know.
The 14-day period
- The period is 14 days from the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods.
- If your order is delivered in several parts, it runs from the day you receive the last item.
- To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the 14 days are up.
How to withdraw
Tell us with a clear statement, by email or by post, that you are withdrawing from your purchase. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. Any clear statement of your decision is enough.
After you withdraw
- We refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and within 14 days of being told you are withdrawing.
- We may hold the refund until we have the goods back, or until you show proof you have sent them.
- You send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us.
- You cover the direct cost of returning the goods (final return-cost policy to be confirmed before launch).
- You are only responsible for any drop in value from handling the goods more than needed to check them.
When the right does not apply
Some products are excluded by law, such as sealed goods that are not suitable to return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, and items made or personalised to your order. Exactly which products this covers will be confirmed and listed here before launch.
